DOLE Balik Trabaho Online Job Fair for Work Abroad and Local Vacancies

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) announced the Balik Trabaho Online Job Fair wherein there are over 21,000 job vacancies open for both local and overseas jobs. For those looking for work in 2021, apply this December. It is easy, it’s fast since the application process will be done online. 

The 21,000 job openings are only the start, more vacancies will be added in the coming months. This Dole job fair is to serve Filipinos who are looking for work whether here in the country and for posting abroad. Update resume and apply.

This job fair is in coordination with Bureau of Local Employment (BLE), Philippine Overseas Employment Authority (POEA), and other partner agencies. 

There are 600 local companies and 15 recruitment firms for OFWs which are participating in this Balik Trabaho online job fair

Work Abroad in 2021

For overseas jobs – openings are mostly for factory workers, nurses, nursing aides, and care workers. But there are also jobs available for engineers, waitress, cook, food server, service staff and many more.

This is a 2 days job fair which will start on December 10 so make sure resumes are updated and relevant skills as well as experiences are listed asap. 

DOLE secretary Bellow advises interested applicant to prepare resumes or curriculum vitae, certificate of employment for those who have worked before, diploma, transcript of records, etc.

To access the Balik Trabaho Online Job Fair for overseas vacancies, go to the website of POEA at www.poea.gov.ph. Applicants must log-in their credentials to e-registration and click the ongoing job fair. 

How to Sign-up to POEA E-Registration Manpower Registry Online

Once logged-in, The computer system will then automatically show the vacancies that matches the preferences / skills of the applicants.  If there is an opening the applicant is interested to apply for, all that is needed is to click “submit”.

Now, if the recommended job openings for work abroad is not the one the applicant is looking for, the applicant may type-in the job title one is interested in.

Example: “Qatar restaurant worker” or “Taiwan factory worker”.

Jobseekers are only allowed to submit application on December 10 and 11 only. But the applications will be evaluated by the HRs and recruitment officer after the job fair so applicants are advise to regularly check application status inside the member’s POEA account.
