Diploma for the two-year course or transcript of records or vocational course certificate, whichever is applicable

Employment certificate, if applicable

Copy of valid passport

Two pieces 2 x 2 recent picture

Unified Multipurpose ID (UMID)

Copy of Taiwan ARC or NHI card for ex-Taiwan workers – if you have no experience working in Taiwan in the past then you do not need to submit this requirement

Certificate of POEA online PEOS – in order to have this certificate you need to register at www.poes.poea.gov.ph

Applicants are required to show all the original required documents so the POEA personnel and authenticate all the written information you have submitted.
