JAPAN Job Hiring for Nurses and Caregivers 2019

50 NURSES or kangoshi and 300 CAREWORKERS or kaigofukushishi are needed for deployment in JAPAN via the Framework for the Movement of Natural Persons of the Philippines-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement. Successful applicants will be stationed under the Japan International Corporation of Welfare Services (JICWELS)

Successful applicants must undergo a total of twelve (12) months intensive Japanese Language Training before working.  Language training will consist of six (6) months intensive Preparatory Japanese Language Training in the Philippines (live-in) and six (6) months intensiveJapanese Language Training in Japan (live-in).

Applicants with Japanese Language Proficiency Training Certificate (JLPT N4) already will beexempted in the JLPT in the Philippines.

Candidates are expected to acquire Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N5level upon completion of the Preparatory Japanese Language Training in the Philippines.

Those who have Japanese Language Proficiency Training Certificate (JLPT N3 or N2) orthose who have experience in studying the Japanese language in Japanese Language Training Institution designated by the Ministry of Justice in Japan, will be exempted in theJLPT both in the Philippines and Japan.

QUALIFICATION for NURSES in Japan

•             Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing

•             With PRC Board License

•             With at least three (3) years hospital experience

•             Must be motivated and committed to work and study as candidate for “Kangoshi” to obtain a National License in Japan

QUALIFICATIONS for CAREGIVERS in JAPAN

•   Graduate of any four (4) year course and certified as a caregiver by TESDA (NCII)

•    Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (with or without PRC license)

Candidates must be motivated and committed to work and study as candidate for “Kaigofukushishi” to obtain a national license in Japan.
