The Japanese government in coordination with the Philippine government through POEA is now looking to hire Filipinos for Nursing and Careworkers positions for deployment in Japan.
This is a government to government program, thus this OFW job hiring is legit. Successful applicants will work for the employer JECWILS or JAPAN INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION OF WELFARE SERVICES. This job hiring is under RFS No. 17009 of the POEA.

The initial number that they will hire are as follows:
- 150 Nurses
- 600 Careworkers
Here are the QUALIFICATIONS that applicants must meet for this OFW job vacancy:
Qualification for Japan Nurses Hiring 2017
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing;
- With Board License;
- With at least three (3) years hospital experience;
- Preferably 20 to 35 years old; and
- Must be medically and psychologically fit to work
Salary for nursing position can be as high as P100,000!!!
Qualification for Japan Caregiver Hiring 2017
- Graduate from any four (4) year course and certified as a caregiver by TESDA;
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (under board) or any allied profession;
- Preferably 20 to 35 years old; and
- Must be medically and psychologically fit to work
Salary for caregiver position can be as high as P90,000.

Once you are registered and have a POEA online account, you must PERSONALLY SUBMIT the following required documents at Window T on the Ground Floor of the POEA Building in Edsa Ortigas. Put your docs in a folder before you submit to Window T Manpower Registry Division.

- A detailed resume with one piece 2×2 picture
- Authenticated College Diploma (for careworker applicants), to follow
- Transcript of Records
- Valid PRC ID (for nurse applicants)
- Employment Certificates (for nurse applicants)
- Valid TESDA Certificate on Caregiving (for careworker applicants)
- Japanese Language Training Certificate (optional, if available)
- Copy of valid passport
- Valid NBI Clearance (for travel abroad)
For those who needs basic Japanese Nihonggo training, don’t worry because training will be given for a duration of 6 months. The cost of the language training will be shouldered by Japan, the successful applicant will not pay any language training fee.
For this job hiring, applications are accepted until May 31, 2017. But our recommendation is that you will register in POEA online and then submit required documents as soon as possible. Do not wait for the deadline of submission of requirements!
Monthly salary and benefits for hired applicants from the Philippines were not detailed in the published post of POEA. But you can ask the interviewer once you are called in for interview.
