Employers are the ones who usually do these tasks for all application forms for the work visa are written in Arabic, thus workers from non Middle East countries will get a hard time filling the forms up.
The employment contract must also be in Arabic. 3 copies of the work contract will be needed, one will be given to the Deprtment of Labour, one to the employer and the last copy will be given to the employee.
The Work Visa allows a person to stay in the UAE for up to 3 years. But strict regulations are needed in order to get the Work Visa. One such requirement is to pass a medical exam to ensure that you are healthy and disease free especially from communicable diseases like HIV or AIDS.
