Getting your vaccination certificate is easy. It is also Free. Just head to https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/ to register and to fill up the necessary data.
Once you’ve been provided with your very own digital vaccination card, you can save it on your phone or have it printed as an ID. Just make sure that the QR CODE is clear and big enough to be scanned by phones and other devices.
