OFWs and seafarers who needs to renew their passport can now do so easily and fast at the DFA NCR Central at Robinsons Galleria. No need for online appointment, you can just walk in.
Save time on passport processing, make use of the courtesy lane facility available for returning OFWs and seafarers. If you come with complete requirements there is a good chance you will get your renewed passport on the same day!
The DFA advisory reads “Filipinos who are currently employed overseas (land-based OFWs and seafarers) do not need to secure an online appointment in order to process their passport application in DFA branch in Robinsons Galleria.”
DFA NCR Central (Robinsons Galleria) is the dedicated OFW Passport Renewal Center. Processing of applications for all OFW walk-in applicants is from 8 AM to 12 NN.
Don’t forget to bring your passport renewal requirements which includes:
LAND-BASED OFW
- Philippine Passport
- Proof of Overseas Employment or OEC
- Valid Philippine Government Issued IDs
SEAFARERS
- Philippine Passport
- Valid Seaman’s Book
- Valid Philippine Government Issued IDs
DFA Robinsons Galleria is located right in front of the POEA building, on the first floor. You can contact this branch at telephone numbers (02) 631 0806 or (02) 631 0700.
This walk-in accommodation is only for RETURNING OFWs going back to the same employer. First time OFWs still needs appointment to process passport application or renewal.
You can use this special passport processing facility up to one year from the date you arrived back in the Philippines.

good day po! how about po hindi pa nakakuha ng oec kc less than 6 months na validity ng passport kaya decided na kumuha muna ng passport bago kumuha ng oec? sa oct 22 na kasi ang flight pabalik sa dubai.. hindi makakuha ng oec kasi less than 6months validity na ang passport..ok lng po ba yung last oec ang dalhin sa pag renew ng passport?

hi. please help me with my concerned. is still possible to do walk-in for renewal of my passport as a OFW by this time? because I cant have a appointment for my OEC due of my passport will be expired 5 months from now. can please tell me if possible? and which DFA branch I can go and what are the requirements? hoping for your reply as soon as possible. thank you.
